My mother use to bring several praposals at my residence home in Coimbatore for my marriage. I found none of them suited me, and for this I thought for a change to be with my Cheriyamma home near Mumbai. I had discussed with my Cheriyacha on how to go about my marriage. My Cheriyacha shown me selected profiles to suit my interest, and we sent many of them my interest. The first one to call my Cheriyacha was by the (now my would be husband) parents from Trichy. The matter was discussed with me, but I could not give my 100% interest from the photo that I had seen on Bharatmatrimony.com. Hence, he told the parents (now my would be husband), that I can decide only after seeing the person. My Cheriyacha informed my mother at Coimbatore for coming to Mumbai, so that I can go back to Coimbatore, and through the formal custom of 'Seeing Each Other' the matter can be decided (if any). I reached my home in Coimbatore, and my mother informed the person parents in Trichy to visit Coimbatore to accomplish the custom. The (now my would be husband) and his parents came to see me at Coimbatore. After seeing & tallking we both were most impressed. I gave my confirmation to my mother to proceed and in consultation & credit to my Cheriyacha. My mother with other key family members visited their home in Trichy. They also kept contacting my mother & my Cheriyacha. Everything started getting finalized by my mother, uncles & Cheriyacha.
